4. SMS Communications & Text Messaging Program

Roofing Intake Systems operates an automated SMS messaging program on behalf of roofing contractors across the United States and Canada. When you contact a roofing contractor who uses our platform — by calling their number or submitting a contact form — you are initiating communication and providing express consent to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry.

Types of messages you may receive include:

• Missed call text-back notifications
• Responses to your roofing inquiry
• Appointment scheduling confirmations and reminders
• Follow-up communications related to your roofing project

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have initiated contact by calling or submitting a form. We do not send unsolicited messages.
